The Reyes situation is different, though...it has to do with his health, not a baseball related injury...and so far, the Mets have handled it properly.Danny Abrianohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07734673056194634909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878703585693441139.post-7699815400299524062010-03-11T16:52:19.671-08:002010-03-11T16:52:19.671-08:00Danny,
You are not upset at the Mets for the Belt...Danny,

You are not upset at the Mets for the Beltran situation? He said it himself that he was not pleased with how his injury was handled, so he basically said, "screw this, a non-team doctor is telling me what the right way to do it is, and im going to do it on my own". that doesnt reflect on the mets? and that shouldnt make you feel the same way every time a new injury pops up, like with reyes now?The Devil's Advocatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15451766302996875431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878703585693441139.post-27931157539916629842010-03-11T16:47:01.472-08:002010-03-11T16:47:01.472-08:00Ronnie,

However, in this instance, the Mets did absolutely nothing wrong. There's an issue with Reyes' thyroid, and it's being addressed. There's nothing the Mets can do but wait.

Thanks for the feedback...Danny Abrianohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07734673056194634909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878703585693441139.post-53420552035596443852010-03-11T16:41:52.230-08:002010-03-11T16:41:52.230-08:00Most Met fans werent worried last year when they i...Most Met fans werent worried last year when they initially said that delgado would be back by the all star break and when reyes would only be out 2 weeks as well with the initial injury and lo and behold they both were out for pretty much the rest of the way. Google hyperthyroid. Seems like there are plenty of treatments out there. So stop it with this nonsense on rational met fans vs. irrational met fans. The way you are explaining rational met fans are describing them as homers. Well you should be able to criticize your own team. The Devil's Advocatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15451766302996875431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878703585693441139.post-38978575160212274422010-03-11T14:07:58.012-08:002010-03-11T14:07:58.012-08:00One of those things that stings for a while, but y...One of those things that stings for a while, but you move on with nearly blind optimism as usual.Ravihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06763299964186601417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-878703585693441139.post-10716756972251414882010-03-11T13:41:21.480-08:002010-03-11T13:41:21.480-08:00YES!! thank you very much for posting this!
